I'm not a developer. Everything here started with a small, everyday frustration and some time with AI tools.
The problem: every customer reply was typed from scratch. It was slow, and two people could give the same customer two different answers.
What I built: a library of templates for our most common questions, so the team starts from a clear, accurate draft.
The problem: when a business moves premises, customers rarely know what happens next, or why a bill turns up months later. That uncertainty becomes complaints.
What I built: one guide to every step, how long each takes and how back-billing works. I present it for adoption next month.
The brief: a full website concept, from structure and copy through to visual design.
What I built: a complete mockup, designed and built with AI tools.
The short version
Career
From Ilesa, Nigeria to the UK. My career hasn't been a straight line, and I've stopped apologising for that. Every role taught me something I still use.
Looking after commercial accounts through moves, billing questions, verification checks and contracts. Most days it's customer success: keeping people informed and things on track.
NowScreening for money laundering and fraud, checking source of wealth and guiding savers through ISA transfers. Months of training taught me to slow down and check properly.
Aldermore BankMy first UK role, in energy customer service. That's where I learned how the industry looks from the customer's side, and how to stay calm when someone needs an answer fast.
UKBroadcasting during my national service year, then customer service and holiday sales for a travel company. That's where I learned to talk to anyone.
